Competition Terms and Conditions
The
competition is open to
everyone other than employees (and their immediate families) of Pole
Position, their agents or anyone else connected with this
competition.
Entrants must be over 18 years of age and reside in the United
Kingdom, UK islands, the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland.
No purchase is required for entry into the
competition.
Entry into the
competition is via the completion of the online
competition form on this website.
Responsibility cannot be accepted for
competition entries lost, damaged
or delayed in transmission.
The
draw will take place
on 31st May 2008
randomly selecting an entrant to win. More than one entry is
permitted per person, however, multiple entries within any
3-day period will not be eligible.
The entry drawn on the draw date will
the prize outlined above. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
All incomplete entries or entries with incorrect email addresses will
be disqualified.
The
winner will be notified by email on, or before,
30th June 2008.
Entry to the
competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
The
judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered
